The library and information center of Nguyen Tat Thanh University continues to add RFID security system and ET16 Plus scanner
Through more than 10 years of establishment and development, up to now the library and information center of Nguyen Tat Thanh University has a total area of over 5000m2, with a full reading room, internet room, bookstore, documents and services the needs of students and faculty for study, research and entertainment. More than 3,000 computers, over 50,000 copies of books and electronic learning materials system connected with many universities and institutes at home and abroad. This can be considered as the second lecture hall, which provides the richest source of information for students. The reading space of the library is designed in a modern library style – creating an open space, helping readers to study in groups directly connected with publications.
With the investment attention from the University and the Board of Management, the library and information center of Nguyen Tat Thanh University is still changing and developing every day, applying more new technologies and equipments in managing and serving readers. Specifically, in August 2018, the library and information center continues to add RFID security system and ET16 Plus scanner provided by IDT, to support more for the registration of borrowing / returning documents in the library; promote management and control of circulation documents, support librarians in library management.
